国内的域名注册商黑的很，比如你要转出域名他一般都有条件，比如续费1年，复印域名证书，身份证复印件等材料邮寄过去，还有手续费50元等等。。TNND不知道有多黑，下面有办法绕过国内域名注册商，把域名转出去。
那就是去ICANN投诉。具体步骤。
1.先去该地址投诉：http://reports.internic.net/cgi/registrars/problem-report.cgi
上面填好后，选择下面的Transfer Problems
2.在下面的文本框“Please submit one issue per complaint:”这样写：（把域名改成你自己的，把hexienan.com改成你的注册商）
Dear ICANN:
I got a problem while I was trying to transfer my domain name hexienan.com who asked me to pay an unreasonable handlingfee RMB50.
As far as I know transfer of domain name is not required to pay any fees however the company kept asking me to pay that fee or mydomain name will be trapped in their company which seemed a cheating company.
I therefore seek your help for the issue. Thanks.
(I could even provide the chatting record for your investigation bye mail.)

4.不过多久后国内的域名注册商就会乖乖给给发出转移密码了。
5.转出后，国内的域名注册商还发来确认邮寄，不要理他就OK了。
其实域名转出就是免费了，国内IDC太黑，还有语言问题，认为我们不会投诉，现在大家都知道了，以后不要花冤枉钱了。
