A ShadowSocks quota control system with a web portal for users.
The Shadowsocks configuration is based on imByteCat/Shadowsocks-manyuser.
Rename .env-sample to .env, and update the contents.
Set the varialbes in the .env file as your machine environment variables.
Start unicorn service.
