Collabtive是基于PHP编写的开源项目管理Web系统，简单易用,支持多国语言（包括简体中文）。可以直接从浏览器来实现项目管理，即时聊天工具，文件管理，时间跟踪，跟踪项目、里程碑、任务清单和任务。任务完成、用户上传文件或有成员未如期完工，可设置系统通过电子邮件提醒管理层。此外还可以与大多数日历应用程序同步。Collabtive加强的安全特性，可加密用户的数据。

Collabtive提供了基于角色的多用户管理――用户可以决定谁能安排项目、谁能标记某项任务已完工等。报告导出功能可导出Excel, PDF格式。还支持ZIP, XML, RSS, iCal格式导出。

Collabtive公司也提供收费的云端托管服务。
