Bugzilla是Mozilla公司提供的一款开源缺陷跟踪系统（Bug Tracking System），代码遵循Apache2开源协议，免费使用，对商业用户也无任何限制.它让用户报告软件的缺陷从而把它们转给合适的开发者。开发者能使用bugzilla保持一个要做事情的优先表，还有时间表和跟踪相关性。
特性包括：支持创建多个项目的Bug管理，每个人员可以属于不同项目的不同角色。支持安装插件，比如：图形报表、导出xls、统计分析等.还可以灵活的自定义多个信息，包括：自定义字段、邮件通知、Bug管理流程、查询字段、报表字段等。当Bug被修改、解决、评论的时候，系统会通过邮件通知团队和客户。
