搭建基于github issue的静态博客程序issuance

 首先fork此项目https://github.com/mateogianolio/issuance ，我fork后的项目地址是

https://github.com/briteming/issuance 。然后编辑index.html文件：

https://github.com/briteming/issuance/blob/gh-pages/index.html，把第42行的owner的值和第43行的repo的值分别改为你的github用户名和github仓库名，把第61行的user.login的值改为你的github用户名。

然后去https://github.com/briteming/issuance/issues，新建一些issues.

 因为原始项目https://github.com/mateogianolio/issuance就是gh-pages分支，那么fork后，得到的项目https://github.com/briteming/issuance同样是gh-pages分支。因此在fork 2分钟后，即可打开网址https://briteming.github.io/issuance/。
