You need a local proxy server ( NTLM proxy server) which can talk using NTLM protocol with organization proxy/firewall.
Download any NTLM proxy server from internet .
Install it in your local machine. In India proxy fill proxy host/port of this new ( NTLM proxy server ) proxy.
And in newly installed proxy setting enter your Organization proxy host /port / id/ password etc...
