Fast HTTP Proxy

最近写了一个基于HTTP协议的proxy，目的是为了简单方便。
在linux和freebsd下面安装和配置一个proxy好麻烦。。。。于是自己写了一个超级简单的。
经过一段时间自己的使用和测试，现在比较稳定，发一个WIN32版本的。
