手机无法同步google账户/无法GPS定位解决办法

以下操作都需要进行解锁及root
1、无法设置google同步账户，弹出“无法建立安全的网络连接”的，下载smart hosts或者任何一个hosts修改应用，或者直接修改系统hosts文件。
2、无法gps定位，修改/system/etc/gps.conf文件，修改为如下内容：

SUPL_HOST=221.176.0.55
SUPL_PORT=7275

P.S. 但是仍然有一个PPTP VPN无法连接的问题，L2TP VPN就可以正常连接.
