WordPress Backup to Dropbox is a free plugin that will backup your
entire WordPress site automatically and store it on your Dropbox
account, nice!
Activate the plugin and you will see a new menu item called “WPB2D”
Make sure you are logged in to your Dropbox account and then click the “Authorize” button and you will be taken to the Dropbox site to approve it. Click “Allow” and and you are then taken back to the plugin screen.
Click “Continue” on the plugin settings page and you will see some settings where you can choose how often to do a backup, you can name a folder within your Dropbox account to store the backups and you can also view your backup history and when the next backup is scheduled.
Finally, you can choose which files or folders to exclude from the backup and then the save button:

I love Dropbox, so I was excited when I found this plugin – testing it out, I found it extremely easy to use.
